At Project Spartan, we run weekly Spartan Performance Club events Saturday and Sunday, designed to prepare you for real-world performance challenges and competitive events.
These sessions simulate popular fitness competitions such as Hyrox, ATHX, Spartan Delta and other high-intensity performance tests. This is not a standard gym session. This is structured performance preparation guided by expert coaches who walk the walk. Our athletes have years of hands-on experience competing in these events themselves and understand exactly how to train, prepare and perform at your best.
Our Spartan Performance Club Hyrox Simulation is designed to replicate the structure, intensity and flow of a real Hyrox competition inside our Project Spartan facility.
