By accessing or using Project Spartan's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Membership and Services
Our 21-Day Kickstart Challenge and ongoing transformation programmes are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payment Terms
Payment for the 21-Day Kickstart Challenge (£167) is required in full at the time of registration. All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy

Health and Safety
All participants must complete a health questionnaire before starting any programme. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in our training sessions. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise programme.

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks. By participating in our programmes, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our liability waiver.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Project Spartan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
